What really is Network Marketing?

Network Marketing – also called Relationship Marketing or Multi-Level Marketing – is Just a distribution model. But it allowes people like you and me to share the *Huge* profits.
Network Marketing is a Tool to undertake to build a residual income – or a Royalty income. To make money in Network Marketing, you absolutely need 3 things:
  • An MLM Company that gives the most money possible to the field, to the distributors.
  • A Proven Duplicatable System
  • You! Who will work on Your Personal Growth to become a Great Leader.

Network Marketing is a tool where average people can produce over average results.

How does it work?
If a product costs 10 cents to make and $1.10 to the consumer, what happens between? In Network Marketing, profits are shared between the Company and the Distributors. The distributors bring consumers and the company sends the products to the consumers.

Distribution Model Comparison Between Traditional and Network Marketing

Let’s see, some companies pay celebrities or sport athletes like Beckham or Tiger to endorse a product. Instead, Network Marketing Companies pay YOU!
MLM companies are very similar to other companies. For instance, they’ve got offices, a management team, employees,… But as other companies can pay millions of dollars to celebrities to promote products, Network Marketing companies pay you to recommand and promote their products.
In 2006, the 25 top athletes received more than $700 millions for product endorsement. You can be paid instead of those athletes with Network Marketing. But the best is you don’t get paid just once. You’ll receive a residual income. It means that as long as your consumers keep using the products, the company will be paying you! Do it right once and get paid over and over again for years!

How To Recognize A Scam?

First of all, no Network Marketing company is illegal. Illegal companies hide behind some kind of system that looks like Network Marketing but it’s not! That’s what an attorney would ask you:
  • Would a logical thinking person pay this much money for the product or service if there was not a business opportunity involved?
  • Does the income stop when the recruiting stops?
If the answer to the first question is “No” and/or the answer to the second question is “Yes”, then it is a scam.
Pyramid Schemes are illegal. There’s no tangible product and you’ll make money just by recruiting people in it. But those people would get anything in exchange for their money, except the right to recruit more people.
