Personal Development

Personal Development, also called Personal Growth is what an individual decide to undertake for the purpose of enhancing individual performance and self-perception. It can be done by the acquisition of knowledge, skills and experience.
To truely be effective, it should follow this steps :

 

 

 

  • establish why self development is needed and what the exact purpose is
  • identify which knowledge must be acquire or develop in order to reach your goal
  • look for development opportunities
  • formulate an action plan
  • undertake the development
  • record the benefits and compare them with your goal
Through this blog, I’m offering you information and knowledge to work on your personal growth.
